The Challenge
Communities face intersecting challenges: growing electronics waste, unequal access to working technology, gaps in digital skills, and the need for practical workforce pathways. Addressing any one of these in isolation leaves value on the table: a device collection event can also be a training opportunity, and a refurbishment workflow can also build employable skills.

Community Impact
