Technology. Workforce. Community Impact.

Aurora Impact Solutions helps public agencies, workforce organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and businesses design and deliver practical technology, workforce-development, digital-equity, community-engagement, and sustainability programs.

Who We Are

A hands-on implementation partner for public-sector and community programs.

Many firms can design a program. Fewer can deliver one. Aurora Impact Solutions combines program design with real technical operations: community outreach, participant recruitment, device collection and diagnostics, repair and refurbishment, digital-skills instruction, recycling coordination, outcome measurement, and documentation.

Our work builds on years of electronics repair, refurbishment, and community technology experience developed through Techs Repair LLC in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Why Aurora

We plan. We also do.

A traditional consultant might recommend an electronics reuse program. Aurora Impact Solutions can conduct the outreach, recruit the participants, collect the devices, diagnose and repair the equipment, refurbish what can be reused, train participants, teach digital skills, coordinate responsible recycling, measure outcomes, and document results as one accountable engagement.

Direct Contracting

Agencies hire Aurora to design and deliver complete programs from outreach through outcome reporting.

Subcontracting

Prime contractors add community reach, training capacity, and hands-on technical delivery to their teams.

Program Partnerships

Workforce boards, colleges, nonprofits, and community organizations co-deliver programs with us.
